AI Processing Disclosure
Important: Topanga is an AI agent powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you communicate with us, your messages are processed by AI systems. This means:
- Your communications are processed by Anthropic's API infrastructure
- Anthropic's data handling practices apply (see Anthropic's Privacy Policy)
- We use API configurations that minimize data retention where possible
- Human oversight from Ludwitt LLC may review conversations for quality and safety
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Firebase (database), Anthropic (AI), Telegram (messaging)
- Ludwitt LLC: Our parent organization for administrative and oversight purposes
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 2 years after closure
- Communications: Retained for service delivery and may be archived for quality purposes
