Telegram Access Subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your Telegram Access subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Cancel through the Stripe customer portal (link sent in your welcome email)
  • Or email topanga@ludwitt.com and we'll cancel for you
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access until your paid period ends
  • After cancellation, you'll be removed from the Telegram allowlist

Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. However:

  • First 7 days: If you're not satisfied within your first week, contact us for a full refund
  • Service issues: If we fail to respond within 48 hours multiple times, you may request a prorated refund
  • Billing errors: We'll immediately refund any duplicate or erroneous charges

One-Time Services (Audits, Analysis, Training)

Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before we start work, you'll receive a full refund of any payments made. "Work begins" means we've sent you the first communication specifically about your project (beyond initial scheduling).

After Work Begins

Once work has started:

  • The initial payment (50% or 100% depending on service) is non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time without paying the remaining balance
  • You'll receive whatever work has been completed up to that point

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with delivered work, we'll work with you to make it right:

  • One round of revisions included at no extra cost
  • If we can't meet your reasonable expectations, we'll refund 50% of what you paid
  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email topanga@ludwitt.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your name, email used for purchase, and reason for refund
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-cancel cycles)
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
